Hehe... one sack won't affect the economy of a near 2-ton truck much anyway...
Good luck on your purchase.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

A sack of sand (20kilos) isn't even equivalent to carrying a full grown passenger. Yes it will affect the fuel economy but will be very insignificant for you to notice. Baka a fraction of a liter lang or a fraction of a fraction of a fraction...hehehe.

better yet, you can reduce the tire pressure slightly to ease the bouncy ride. my dmax's recomended tire pressure:
Front: 29 PSi
Rear: 41 PSi (both stock wheels and tires)
my dmax's tire pressure for optimal comfort:
Front: 29 PSi
Rear: 35 PSi
no, the fuel economy isn't affected at all- can still rip average 11 Km/L on city driving, 12-14Km/L on highway driving.

Dito ko kasi pina spray sa province namin. Wurth ang brand, standard 8 liters for 8 coats is P9,000.00 lang from the usual P10,500.00 price nila.
Wow laki ng budget ahsolely for bed enhancements lang yan?
(sigh) I'm the one who's getting excited here!

roll up cover - 33K
Rollbar - 17.8K
bedliner - 7.9K
all in all nsa 58K.. tpos kung mag la2gay pa me ng new set of wheels nd evrythng a2bot na sa 100K++kya step by step muna..hehehehe!!
nga pla the dealer from ford told that aside from the duratorq diesel engines that they will offer the new ranger will still use the old 2.5 diesel engine.. hinihintay ko rin tlaga ung ranger pra ma compare ko n cla agad at maka pag decyd n me on which one to buy.. pra maaga ang christmas ko!! hehehehe!!!

November 4th, 2006 07:07 PM #27Went to toyota today!! and I test drove the Hilux!
although its inside their parking lot kinda sucks actually!! but they said that they dont really give test drives of the Hilux anymore
.. and yeah its bouncy! but hey!! its a truck!! what do you expect?? and the sales guy is very accomodating!! and when they started the engine it gave out a growl!! like that of a exped or f150 and I'm hooked!! and the truck really pulls hard!! and it feels very solid through and through!! and I felt more comfortable inside the cabin of the Hilux than inside a dmax or the new strada.. I passed by isuzu and mitsu dealerships before toyota... still want the toyota though!!
but I'm still waiting for the ranger to come out!! and have a proper test before my final decision!!

ARB,
Kabit nyo rin ba yan? Hehe. Ayos ah. You really do stuff neat!
Orido,
Goodluck on your pick-up hunting. Kaunting patience nalang bro...hintay mo new ranger para you can really say that you did your research well. a 1M truck is no joke diba...i mean mahirap na magsisi sa huli.
Naeexite din ako!

I remember how I felt when I went around town test driving/hunting for the right truck.
Like a boy in a toy store ready to spend his money from the just hatched piggy bank! :banana2:
