Havent gone to the qc branch. Actually driver ko lang pinapapunta ko para pagawa mga lock ng trunk and a passenger door.
Maganda sa kanila is experienced sila and theyll tell you of they can fix the existing mechanism or replace it na. Both times they just fixed a certain part lang, no need to replace. Mura pa and may warranty gawa nil!

Thanks vinj for helping me with the letter!
I sent it to Toyota Philippines and after a few days, I got a call from the dealership and they are working on the warranty appeal. I hope it gets approved
I am very impressed with Toyota's service because even if this is only a warranty appeal, and my car is 18 mos beyond warranty, they even picked up the car and brought it back home! They also call me every now and then to update me on the status. I am glad that even if Toyota is the number one car company in the Philippines, they don't treat their customers like cr*p.
If everything goes well, this will further reinforce my being a Toyota "fanboy/girl" HAHAHA!

My warranty appeal got approved and paid ZERO for the replacement of two door locks
Toyota dealership took the initiative to order the parts even if they have not received the full approval yet.
I am very impressed that Toyota takes care of its customers even in they could get away with treating customers like sh1t (eg SM who has no respect for customers at puro pang gugulang) I'm glad that my car is casa maintained because if I had it touched outside then I think that would have ruined my chances in the appeal. Casa also noted that the car is fresh and low mlieage
