may konsensya pa bpi. i got mad at security bank. although they've been good to me over decades they were charging me interest for non payment of autoloans for the months of april and may. accdg to them though by law hindi sila pwede mangolecta during gcq they sent emails/text that we should inform them that they can proceed to debit our accounts by may 31.

there were quite a few of us in the branch with the same non-receipt of notice. the only notice we received was already informing us of interest.

although they eventually agreed to reverse the interest i had to give them a piece of my mind over the phone.

imagine placing the burden of proof sa customer e gobyerno naman ang gumawa ng policy na walang singilan muna.

para lang yun electric utility natin. wala daw mag babasa ng metro pero kaya estimated pero kapag bigayan ng bill nagawa nilang mag abot ng house to house. talk about social conscience.

Yun ang problem sir, marami complaints kase they were not informed may additional interest sa loan mo. Ang ginawa default ay automatically apply nila ang extension sa loan maturity mo unless you contact the bank and beg off from that "privilege". I know someone who had an accrued interest sa loan nya amounting to 20k, thus he asked for a reversal from the bank and sticked with his orig loan amortization schedule. I guess ang bawal lang sa bayanihan act are penalty and other service charges.

    correct sir.

regardless whether we allow them to debit or not during the ecq. would collecting interest accrued during the 2mos gcq even if not specifically mentioned by law be in conflict with the very spirit of the order?

Agree. Even if you have the moolah, if your current rides serve you well, there is no point in buying another one...

    Unless it's a bargain....🤩😉
