My Fort is almost 1.5 years old na, bihirang-bihira ko lang ginagamit, and if gagamitin ko, pang short trips lang, yung eldest ko na 5'11 ang height dun sumasakay, 3rd row is cramp but again, it's for short trips lang.

Regarding sa tagtag, if 2 or 3 lang kayo, matagtag ang fortuner, but if 4-5 kayo and heavy weight like my kids, walang tagtag and feeling ko stable pa siya sa highway.

Ramdam parin siguro talaga ang tagtag, especially since you compared to it to the gen 3 montero, which is known to have a soft suspension. Ang question ko is mas matagtag siya kaysa dun sa gen 2 everest eh that thing has an old leaf spring suspension pero it sounds like mas stiff yung fort para sayo than that one?

Alterra has leaf spring suspension pero ok na ok talaga ang ride. Kahit yung mahiluhin kong mga anak at mga kasambahay, gusting gusto pag Alterra ang gamit naming. Pero nahihilo agad pag sa Tucson.

Each one really has different preference pagdating sa tagtag. But still I wonder why iba-ba eh identical naman lahat suspension ni Forty. Sa mga nagsasabi na "hindi matagtag" ano po usual route & road condition ng dinadaanan nyo? Kasi for me personally matagtag talaga! That's why napilitan kami mag-upgrade to Ridemax. Nabawasan naman tagtag but really not a very significant change that's why sa tingin ko kelangan din lift ng spring which I'm not favor of kasi panget na stance nya pag tumaas pa sa stock height.

Last time I had my AUV serviced, I asked the owner of the shop who happens to be the SA before of one of the mitsubishi dealerships as to why my threadwear ay panay sa labas and sa gitna naman ay walang pudpud pa din. I was thinking na may problem sa alignment kaya ganon. After looking at ny front tires, sabi niya kulang sa hangin mga gulong kaya ganon ang kain. I used to have 25-27 psi sa front...now, ginawa ko nang 35 psi front and rear...kahit sa mu-x yun na din ginawa ko upon his advice.

I suppose it depends din... "matagtag" is relative.

Pag galing ka sa compact sedan and up, matagtag.

Pag galing ka sa mga unang labas na crosswind or vios na never pinaayos yung suspension, mas comfortable din kahit papano hehehehe

Di ba madali ma pudpod gulong natin guys kung 29-30? As of now kasi 35 all tyre gamit ko.

Sa gen2 fort 29psi ang factory recommendation. Nasa driver door sticker siya. I have a 3.0 gen1 fort at sinubukan ko 29psi, matagtag pa rin. Unlike sa gen2 fort ang 29 psi hindi siya matagtag.

The suspension is firm which allows you to enter and exit corners faster than other PPV. The ride of the fortuner on par with my truck.
