Gawin nilang ₱100/liter gasoline then ₱80/liter for diesel exclusively for private vehicles. PUV Kung ano talaga market price, then mga Private na deliveries same price ng PUV but they have to be marked as such Para hinde makadaya. Kung yun Starex mo or alphard sasabihin mong pang Business dapat meron marked na "Delivery van" sa body. 🤣

June 2nd, 2018 07:59 AM #57strict odd-even for ALL vehicles na lang.
para walang lusot sa interpretations.
biglang 50% decrease ang traffic.
hopefully, may effect na ito.
every other day scheme, or every other week.
also, hatakin with hefty fine for all illegally parked vehicles. with confiscation and imprisonment of the car for one year, after the third hatak.
after the 6th hatak, permanent confiscation without returnation na, to be made into tahong condo.Last edited by dr. d; June 2nd, 2018 at 08:48 AM.

maiba ako, magkano binabayad na road tax ng PUVs and trucks?
sa rehistro kasi nasa 4k nilalabas ko including TPL and other charges.
since mas madalas sila sa kalsada, at sila mabibigat na nakakasira ng kalye; bakit di lakihan tax nila?
at pinagkakakitaan naman nila ang krudo, bakit di sila ang singilin ng mas mahal na krudo?

June 2nd, 2018 09:40 AM #59good point.
from what i understand of the LTO fees schedule, private utility vehicles are charged 2740 pesos, while the same model but for hire utility vehicles, only 1350.
fortunately, heavier vehicles are charged larger fees.
but these public-use vehicles are also charged various fees.. franchise fee.. etc fee.
but yes. your logic is un-assailable.
alas, the government has opted for what i feel is a political decision, in lieu of logical straight decision.

post ko lang ulit .. suggestion ko ..
move all major universities sa provinces
ayusin muna ng government yun lilipatan, abonohan muna. tapos tska ilipat
win win, uunlad province tapos gaganda pa daloy ng traffic.
yun existing na property ng school, gamitin nila yung small part to register, entrance exam, paperwork etc. ng gusto mag apply sa school nila. bawal i develop ..
