Particularly the Balintawak and Mindanao Avenue entrances/exits. However, as long as they time their major events properly and coordinate with NLEX to ensure additional manpower for toll booths and traffic management, it should be bearable. Kung walang coordination tapos sabay pa sa mga long weekend que, paktay na yan.

Ngayon palang sobrang traffic na sa Bocaue and Marilao exits, naku kapag operational na 'to sobra sobrang traffic na.
But I do appreciate this new landmark. And I think tama decision nila to situate it in MM periphery and not in the city na.

December 28th, 2012 01:09 AM #37isa kami sa makikinabang sa philippine arena na ito, sana matuloy na mabili yung lupa namin sa gilid nito para mabili ko na yung dream car ko, sa totoo lang, ngayon pa lang traffic na sa mga katabi niyang mga barangay kase sa walang puknat na pagdaan ng mga 10 wheelers 24/7 na itinatambak sa philippine arena, resulta, nagkakasira sira mga daan namin at puro alikabok.

So why sell your property now and not later on when the values should appreciate? Or wait and see what happens and look at how you can develop your property to give you recurring income should the stadium become fully operational?
