afaik may mga items sa national budget na di pwedeng bawasan and one of them is education (kasama din ata ang health). siguro natatakot lang si left wing congressman kasi may dagdag armas ang military para labanan ang npa

may article ngayon sa philstar saying na 18 aircraft daw (12 fighters and another 6 fixed wing) ang iproprocure. tapos dadating pa yung 2nd batch ng Sokol choppers and rollout ng 2 refurbished C-130. nice!
