License Fee 350.00
Computer Fee 67.63

I got some few questions about this sir. Kasi balak kong mag professional from being a non professional license holder.
Here are the questions that i need some answers:
1.) I don't understand that Taxpayer’s Identification Number (TIN), i'm still not working pa naman eh. Do i still need to get one of those?
2.) Nagpa drug test nako nun august 16, 2012. Nakalagay naman sa drug test report ko na it's valid within 12months from transaction date which is august 16, ang tanong ko if kung pwede pa kaya? I mean kailangan ba ng LTO ung updated na drug test report?
3.) How much ang medical certificate? Kasi nun nagpadrug test ako, wala pang kasamang medical certificate.
4.) San makakakuha ng Duly accomplished Application Form for Driver’s License (ADL)?
5.) About the fees and charges, sa tingin nyo sakto ba yan?
6.) And also the fees na gagamitin dun sa practical examination which is sasakyan at motor?
7.) About the written exam, may bumabagsak ba dun? Kasi nun kakilala ko wala daw bumabagsak dun. And if kung my bumabagsak man, any advice what to do?
8.) Or mag pa fixer nalang kaya ako para wala ng problema?
I'll be thankful sa mga future responses nyo guys. TIA!
P.S. Im sorry if this the right section to post my thread sir. Reason: added some words

Kindly advise the mods to move your thread to its proper location.
To answer your questions...
4. Sa LTO meron na yan
5. Sakto lahat ng fee and charges sa LTO
Ayun bagsak. Pinapabalik siya after a month ata yun

Same question. I used to think that getting a Pro license meant you were a better driver than the Non-Pros. Eventually I realized it was less about skill, per se, and more about whether driving would be my 'profession'. So unless I'm going to quit my day job and turn Transporter - minus the action packed martial arts stuff - I stuck with the Non-Pro license.

March 7th, 2013 06:55 AM #41.
2. About drug test, in effect pa rin ang validity as specified unless may provision ang LTO na dapat 6months or less.
Better, ask LTO officer.
...and the rest, same sa reply ni Testament.

Regarding sa TIN, meron kasi na for one time use only.

Sana maaga para mahabol ko pa ung LTO written and practical exams sa umaga which is 8:30 diba if im not mistaken?
