June 29th, 2012 03:07 AM #16walang kwenta naman yan solution. why not just do it the American way. each driver's license is tied up to insurance. kung mas marami bangga / accidents, mas malaki ang insurance premium for life. even this idea will benefit all of us, kasi pati PUVS ngaun mapipilitan na mag-insure at mapapabayad.
mas malaki pa kikitain ng gobyerno dito coz kung ipapalakad mo ito sa mga fixers to clear your records, pera pera din.
sobrang laki pera iikot dito and I just can't seem to understand why our politicians are missing this lucrative business.
ok lang naman kase ang tatamaan lang naman dito eh yun mga pasaway na pa-cool na gusto mag-drive at walang accountability sa roads.
