I'm currently transferring the manual that I have para mas madali mag set ng schedule kaysa looking at the paper
You may or may not agree with the items listed so choose what suits you best. On my part kasi hindi ako agree sa listed na every 10K oil change interval
Basta may free time, I will update this thread

Operations Internally and Externally
- Visually examine the tyre for thread depth and wear or damage
- Check and if necessary adjust tyre pressures
Operations in the engine compartment
- Check the engine oil level
- Check the engine coolant level
- Check the screen washer fluid level
- Check the battery electrolyte level

**** Every 6000 Miles (10,000 KM) or 6 months - whichever comes first ****
In addition to the items listed above, carry out the following
Operations internally and externally
- Check the operation of all lights, indicators, instruments and windshield washer system
- Check the operation of the cooling system
- Check and adjust the headlight beam alignment
- Check the operation of the handbrake
- Check the tightness of the wheel nuts
- Check the brake pedal height and operation
- Check the clutch pedal height and operation
Operations with the car raised and supported
- Renew the engine oil
- Renew the oil filter
- Check the front and rear (as applicable) disc pads for wear
- Visually examine the steering gear linkage and rubber gaiters and check the operation of the steering
- Check the exhaust system for condition, leakage and security
- Check the driveshafts and rubber gaiters
Operations in the engine compartment
- Check the valve clearances (B6 and all E series engines)
- Check the idling speed and CO content
- Check the condition and tension of the water pump/alternator drivebelt
- Check the power steering fluid level and examine the fluid lines and unions for signs of leakage
- Check the condition of the spark plugs
- Check and adjust the contact breaker points and ignition timing (contact breaker ignition system)
- Check the ignition timing (electronic ignition system)
- Check the condition of the distributor cap and rotor arm
- Check the brake fluid level
- Check the clutch fluid level or cable adjustment (as applicable)
- Check the manual gearbox oil level

In addition to the operations listed under the 6,000 miles (10,000 KM) heading, carry out the following
Operations internally and externally
- Check and if necessary adjust the front and read wheel toe setting
- Check the operation of the braking system servo unit
Operations with the car raised and supported
- Check all chassis and body nuts and bolts for tightness
- Visually examine the underbody, wheel arches and body panels for damage
- Visually examine the brake pipes, hoses and unions
- Visually examine the fuel lines for signs of leakage
- Check the rear drum brake shoes for wear
- Check the operation of the front and rear suspension
Operations in the engine compartment
- Renew the fuel filter (carburettor models)
- Check the carburettor linkages and choke mechanism operations (carburettor models)
- Check the operation of the throttle positioner system (B5 and all E series engined models equipped with manual gearbox)
- Check the operation of the dashpot and throttle position switch (fuel injected models)
- Check the automatic transmission fluid level
- Visually examine the cooling system for leakage

- Grease the front and rear wheel bearings
- Check the condition of the front suspension balljoints
- Renew the manual gearbox oil
Operations in the engine compartment
- Drain and flush the cooling system and refill with fresh coolant
- Renew the air filter element
- Check the cylinder head bolts for tightness (B6 and E series engines)
- Check the inlet and exhaust manifold nuts and bolts for tightness
- Renew the fuel filter (fuel injected models)
- Renew the brake fluid
