agree...esp grabe sila magcharge for a regular change oil-tune up basis. so the idea is, once you're finished sa warranty (free change of engine oil and spark plugs), sa labas nalang magpapalit...as for the a/c, which i had one changed sa casa, since wala pang nakakapag-balik sa dash ng apv ng maayos, sa casa na lang muna. pero for others, sa labas nalang.
hai naku.

xl7 ko for computer tune up masyado kasi malakas idling niya right now eh nakakatakot pala diyan. nangangahoy sila ng parts.

Oil leaks are normal naman kasi for an old car, medyo mabusisi lang ako and parang may pagka-OC pag dating sa leak or sa kotse in general....
TIA.

Here's a pic of the leak I mentioned previously:
Any inputs?

May 14th, 2010 08:08 PM #16I availed of suzuki shaw service last December 7, 2009. I had my suzuki alto service at shaw because i purchased it at shaw. And after the service went home feeling lucky to have been serviced at a very reasonable short span of time, not waiting to long. To my surprise after arriving home and checked if the service was good and noticed that my engine oil drain plug was not touched meaning intact with all the dirt smugges no hand prints what so ever, so are the brake drums. Meaning my car was not oil changed either was the brakes checked and cleaned. So I called called up the service department the same day and reported my findings and they said they would come December 8, 2009 to check of my claims, but no service technician came. Having been charged php 2,600.- for the materials used for the service I feel being cheated. So when I got to read your comments, Man I have to share my story too. Hope people get to avoid the same cheating I got.
