January 12th, 2023 09:47 PM #38Under the hood, the 5-Door 4x4 is powered by the same 1.5-liter K15B four-cylinder engine that can be found in the 3-Door version. It makes 105 PS along with 138 Nm of torque. However, the 5-Door's engine has been equipped with the brand's mild-hybrid system dubbed Smart Hybrid which gives the Jimny fuel-saving features. Available transmissions for the Jimny 5-Door include a 5-speed manual and a 4-speed automatic. The 4WD AllGrip Pro system with manual transfer case and low-range gearbox have been carried over as well from the 3-Door.
-Turbocharger. With only 105 hp and 138 nm and heavier body. It will sacrifices performance both on and off the road.
-Additional gears for the manual +1 and for the automatic +2. 4 speed automatic in 2023 feels so much dated already.

it's actually not that badcheck out the adult and child ratings. jimny actually has higher rating than the new HR-V for child protection, a bit lower for adult. but the new rating system puts a lot of emphasis on pedestrian protection and safety assistance. the jimny scores low in those so the overall score reflects this
jimny even has better crash ratings than Jeep Wrangler
