    It is practically alive nowadays. It has a 1.5L gas engine on it. In fact, it comes in 3 models - Avanza, Veloz, Rush.

    i must respectfully dis-agree.
    they might be similar in nomenclature, or claim descent,
    but one look and it would be difficult to honestly say that they are the same vehicle.

    it's like toyota claiming that their 1966 corolla is the same car as their 2022 corolla. sa totoo lang, only the name remained un-changed.
    yung air-cooled boloswagen beetle, maniniwala pa ako, comparing their initial (1945) model with their latest model just before manufacture finally ceased.
