World going Northbound Skyway * 80kph in dry conditions.
Ayoko iattempt pag basa.

With low-end China tires it's always like drawing straws.

Tried two 185/65/14 na westlake tires on my rear. So far it has survived 2 autocross legs, a inter island trip covering 400+kms with spirited mountain driving and bursts of 180kph (JDM speed cut) speed on straights.
Hangang ngayon parang bago pa... must be the treadwear of 440
DECENT lang grip niya... not the best... but pwede na for the price. And oh be careful entering high speed corners... it has terrible grip on high speed entries hahahahahaha

February 14th, 2011 11:20 AM #16[SIZE="2"][SIZE="7"]I've been using my WESTLAKE tires 195/55/15 since 2007 85% worn out and plan to replace by April this year. Don't encounter any trouble, good grip on wet roads. But its noisy even on smooth surface specially at high speed, actually lots of patches by now but still rolling. Its a good buy if low on budget.
You can find it at DKC TIRES along D. Tuazon in Cubao area look for ARNEL (owner) they have a variety to choose from.

January 25th, 2012 06:52 PM #17Sir may I ask what do you mean noisy even on smooth surface specially at high speed? noisy sa loob ng auto? maugong that is very annoying pag nag drive?

Road noise is not a defect. My mud tires are noisy because of the compound and pattern. Ganun din sa ibang tires.
