    Read the instruction manual kung English naman.

    External TPMS can be DIY.
    Internal TPMS needs removal of the wheel from the rim so the least you can do is go to a vulcanizing shop.

    Go to casa for both if you are willing to be robbed of your money.

    Needs more context.

    1. Did your Terra came with OEM TPMS (ie. from the Nissan factory and NOT from the dealer)?
    2. Is this "extra aftermarket" TPMS sensor meant to be an addition or a replacement?
    3. What is the brand of your aftermarket sensor? Did you confirm compatibility with your Terra?

    I am using this and the manual is in English

    Very robust and been using it for 3 years now.

    The only maintenance I needed to do so far is to just replace the batteries in the tire sensors.

    Mine looks the same as yours. Battrery pa din lang napapalitan ko. Mejo mahal lang battery compared to the usual button cell battery.

    Medyo. I got the 5 pcs per pack CR 1632, generic, off Shopee for Php240 (including shipping).

    So far okay naman yung baterya.

    That's another thing about those battery. 5pcs sa online hahaha. Hindi ko na nga alam kung asan yung isang natira.
