It appears that the headlight adjustment knobs on the 2012 Forester are easily accessible. I will try to adjust mine DIY later.

1. Go here -> Genuine OEM
2. Search for Forester 2012.
3. Click on the download button.
4. Take out the microSD card from your head unit.
5. Backup the existing files and folders.
6. Run the downloaded setup file from Step 3.
7. Plug the microSD card back into the head unit.

Please share po kung naka ilang full turn pag adjust nyo. nakaka 6 full turns nako di pa rin satisfied, hesitated to go further baka nakaka bulag na ako ng kasalubong. So far wala pa naman nagagalit but rare ako abutan ng dilim sa daan lately. Anyways, foglamps adjustment is also relatively easy di mahirap tanggalin yung type ng clip (not the disposable type na bilis masira) at nag iisa lang pala yun the other is a screw just be ready mahiga sa sahig at i work core muskles. i know i said di ako mag dare buksan kaso ng malaglag yung tools ko sa loob no choice na, so sinabay ko na rin adjust ng foglamps.
Ask ko na rin guys kung HID headlamps spec ng FXS? Sa tingin ko kasi multireflector halogen ang design so hindi HID, if so pwede po ba mag palit ng more yellowish na halogen bulb?

The AVT manual is a sad excuse for documentation. I didn't even bother reading it. I hope the updates are regularly scheduled.

I usually change tires after 4 years. I think I'll change my tires earlier this time. I want size 18 rims kasi
Has anyone changed tires/rims? Matagtag na ba kung 18s? Also, how much should I save for this upgrade - ballpark, minimum gastos?
And lastly, I've been looking at some forum's galleries to get an idea of what rims to get and I occasionally see people referring to their rims as "copy". What does this mean? Parang DVD ba yan na may pirated?Last edited by April_Ryan; February 24th, 2013 at 08:44 PM.

18s would do fine for Foresters.
Copy, same as replicas. For example, Volk Racing makes really really expensive rims. Take TE37 for example, an orig set would set you back at a 6-digit pricing. Rota, which is a local brand, copies the rims and sells it at a cheaper price, usually 40k/set for 18s .. hence the term "copy"
