dagdag ko pa, same kami ni bluebimmer, kelangan ko na yata bumili ng portalet na pang kotse
parents ko diabetic, buti nalang hindi ako mahilig sa sweets.
my grandmother have gastric cancer, more than 10yrs na, pero buhay pa naman. and i think i'm gonna inherit this since laging masama tyan ko. palaging masakit likod ko pati legs. 31 palang ako.Signature

kasi naman tamad ako mag pa check up kasi im strong as a bull tapos athletic pa twice a week ako naglalaro ng competitive basketball tapos may golf at at may occasional tennis pa nun...
then my knee hurts or should i say is in flames....(di ba) tapos ang mali ko pang ginawa kapag masakit inom naman ako ng allopurinol which lalo palang sasakit....argh....
binawas ko ang beans saka breeze walking lang....
medyo masakit na rin ang likod (prolong sitting?) saka bka hindi na kaya ng likod ko ang timbang ko...
hirap kasi mag diet eh....Diet is DIE with the letter T

ako dental...
juvenille periodontitis... buti naagapan ko kundi laglag lahat ng ngipin ko! medyo costly lang magpagamot.
both of my wisdoms tooth are impacted also...

heath prob ko pla... so far nothing much naman i used to have raised sgpt (liver prob) dami kasi ako iniinum na supplements pag gym, since last year i stop every supplements that i used to take including protein powders.
avoid: salty food, too much salt, fats, bad oils, too sweet esp if your diabetic
do: cardiovascular exercises as much as you can regularly like 2-3x a week, take a lot of water 8 glasses or more, eat the right food, if your eating unhealthy food keep it to a minimum and dont overdo it, like there a plate of sisig, maybe a 1-2 tablespoon is already enough to satisfy your craving, a half slice of cake is ok than consuming teh whole cake, a scoop of ice cream is better than hoarding a gallon.
there are healthier alternative to he "bad food" just make the right choice=)

I have an unusual case of a very dry and stone-hard earwax that sticks inside your ear like a paint. It is very bloody and too painful to remove when you're conscious. Cotton buds will just make it worse and those mini-spoons will do the worst since the ear wax dust will accumulate inside the inner ear area. Just got it remove under anesthesia 3 weeks ago. So far this is my 3rd one for 14 years.
Kakakain kasi ng mani. :D
