La Salle is actually is right where they want to be as far as the standings go. They still need a lot of polishing to do but who knows? So far it seems to be shaping up to be a Battle of Katipunan finale.

Tignan natin sa next game ng UP vs AdMU kung mas dikit. Parang naubusan ng gas ang DLSU kasi, same sa nangyari nung round 1.

Hindi pa nga dominant niyan sa AK eh, papano na kung makaiwas pa sa foul trouble. Mas malaking problema.

Tindi nitong UP ah. The last I saw them on a hot streak was in 1997, in fact if not for Gahol's knee injury they may have just reached the final 4 with a twice to beat advantage and possibly a trip to the finals.

Getting interesting

Realistically, the only team capable of matching up to Ateneo is UP. The Maroons are well coached and are probably just as deep, talent-wise.

What's going for Ateneo is the stability in their system and the fact that these boys have played with each other for a very long time now. The Blue Eagles are also a better shooting team as each player, including even Kouame, is a potential threat from outside.
