M2: Ultra mismo... yung open field... alam ko may entrance lang yan eh... although that info is based on my assumptions a decade ago nung nasa HS palang ako hehe.

best cure for boredom is running outdoors, i usually do a 10k trail run at least once a month besides running on ovals/roads
kwento lang...
i was registering yesterday at GH for the new balance 25k run then this girl comes along to register... runner's legs, tanned and slim, she also registered on the 25k then unintentionally ku nakita yung name niya sa list, si Kaye Lopez pala, member ng Team David Saloon wow im immediately a big fan
kaso intimidated aku, this girl is a stronger road biker and probably puts more kilometers in her running shoes per week than me

I normally do just 3 miles (4.8 km) or 30 min whichever comes first depending on how stiff my joints are or how much I ate for supper the night before.
I'd spend 15 minutes on the stairs and another 30 minutes on the stationary bike. If I'm not too tired, I'd shoot some hoop. I've thought about doing weights. But, meh. Cardio's enough work for me. Besides, the ladies who do weights there have the figure of a guy.
