June 5th, 2019 10:11 AM #2862I'm not into keto anymore and I must say na nakaka umay talaga kung meat at dairy (cheese) lang ang usual na kakainin.
So with that, I strongly suggest eating lots of greens. Kung hindi ka maka-gulay tulad ko, isama mo sa bugger patty (bunless patty).
Also try tacos salad (without the taco shell) - beef, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, cheese.
Nilaga at sinigang - yung sobrang lambot ng taba tapos sabay mo yung gulay sa pag lunok (my style).
I also tried shiratake noodles - mas okay sa akin yung white sauce kesa a pesto.
I also cook and bake kaya meron akong very simple (5 ingredients) keto bread na parang pandesal. Ayos din pag may butter.
