How many minutes of cardio warm up is ideal before I reach and maintain 70-80% Max heart rate. I don't want to warm up too slow or too fast.
I noticed that my skin looks fresh when I exercise regularly and drink 4 litres of water. I used to do 2 hrs 5x a week and comparing my pics from then, my skin looked better.

I do 5-10 minutes light cardio warm up prior to training, then stretching.
On my cardio day, it's a 25-30 minutes interval training, alternating high and low intensities. This helps stimulate metabolism and burn more fat.

October 29th, 2016 09:35 PM #1215ako din papi, well i just do a little bit of walking and when i workout medyo 30secs rest between sets to keep the heart rate up, around 130bpm and i mostly eat clean with little carbs and almost no sugar, processed or otherwise...i get my energy mostly from fat, butter, saturated fat...and my own stored fat, im around 12% body fat now, with almost no cardio..im around 200lbs...32in waist..
