Matrix: Eto yung details ng ingredient ng Xena NRG:
NorambrolideTM
First is NorambrolideTM. This fermented sage compound has been shown to increase levels of a cellular messenger called cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate). cAMP is an interesting messenger because it translates signals on the outside of the cell to the inside of the cell, thereby inducing cellular responses such as hormonal and metabolic responses. The significance of this is that cAMP is sometimes involved in activating cellular enzymes and other substances that help move fat out of the fat cells and promote the weight loss process. Ephedrine has a similar effect in generating cAMP, but does so by acting as a stimulant to the adrenal glands. NorambrolideTM bypasses the adrenal glands, increasing cAMP levels directly without negative side effects. It is also interested to note that cAMP is actually made in the body through a process which "twists" ATP, the body's energy molecule. In fact, cAMP by be described as "twisted ATP"; a term that eludes to its relationship with energy metabolism.
ThermoxanthinTM blend
The ThermoxanthinTM includes a combination of Yerba Mate, Guarana, Green Tea and Cocoa seed extract; each of which are sources of methylxanthines. Journal articles have identified theobromine and other related methylxanthines (e.g., caffeine) as having thermogenic activity (heat producing which leads to the body burning more calories) in human and animal research. Furthermore, green tea extract has been demonstrated in a randomized, placebo-controlled study to increase weight loss and burn calories. Other research on green tea has shown similar results. The ThermozanthinTM blend also contains the amino acid l-tyrosine. Tyrosine is a precursor to catecholamines like norepinephrine and dopamine , which are integral to the body's fat burning processes. Also included in the ThermozanthinTM blend is green coffee bean extract. In human research the chlorogenic acid in coffee has been shown to reduce the amount of carbohydrates absorbed. Furthermore, animal research using isolated chlorogenic acid demonstrated that this compound has the ability to reduce the amount of glucose that can be created from metabolism of carbohydrates and proteins. The potential benefit is that when the body is unable to derive energy from these sources, it may draw upon stored sources of energy (such as body fat) to help meet energy needs.
Vitamin B12
Rounding out this formula is vitamin B12, a nutrient necessary in the maturation of red blood cells (which carry oxygen for energy metabolism). Deficiencies of B-12 are not too unusual due to the poor absorption of this nutrient. The result can be low energy levels and fatigue. Consequently, it makes sense that vitamin B12 was included in a formula that promotes energy production.
Conclusion
There are some key features that make Xenadrine NRG worth considering. First, it contains a proven blend of thermogenic compounds which may help you increase the body's metabolic rate and energy expenditure to help promote loss of weight and body fat.
Second, it is specially formulated in an extended-release tablet, so you only need to take it once-daily in the morning for greater convenience. Third, it contains NorambrolideTM, a safe alternative to ephedrine. Fourth, it was formulated by Cytodyne, the maker of the top selling diet products in the U.S.A. All in all, a good case trying out Xenadrine NRG.

Of course, those info came from the manufacturer hence they may all seem "positive"... Do you work out when you decided to take this? What was your bodyweight, fat content and activity level when you decided to take this?
NRG is more potent than EFX, if you take NRG your metabolism will skyrocket and your body may not be able to take it. The dosage indicated usually is for people that has 20% or more bodyfat and are usually above 180lbs or so... If you're the sedentary type who just lounge around most of the time, taking NRG will screw up your system a lot.
I got the info below from one of my archives, you might want to refer to it or do some user reviews on the product
Xenadrine NRG review
Xenadrine NRG Review...
There are tons of Xenadrine NRG reviews proliferating the internet. Almost all of these reviews are by people who are trying to sell you it. Not surprisingly, they have almost nothing bad to say about the product.
Let's cut thru the hype and take a look at this product in close detail to see how effective it really is.
First, the product was released after the original Xenadrine product had to be discontinued because of the ban on ephedra.
Because ephedra worked so well, the makers of fat burners and weight loss pills had to come up with a new product to make up for all the sales they had lost.
So, what are the ingredients in this new formula and what properties do they have?
Xenadrine NRG Review
Most Xenadrine NRG reviews on the Internet will point out how this product is comprised of various herbs, amino acids, and vitamins. This is true.
One of the most touted ingredients in xenadrine nrg is Norambrolide. What exactly does this do? It is claimed that this turns the body's stored reserves and fuel into energy.
Scientifically, it increases c-AMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate). c-AMP induces certain enzymes to transfer fat from cells.
In plain English, it supposedly gets rid of fat.
To be perfectly honest, it's hard to tell if this substance actually works effectively until further independent studies are conducted in reputable journals verifying it or discrediting it.
Take anything the company itself publishes with a grain of salt.
Having said this, the other ingredients in Xenadrine NRG are pretty decent stuff.
Such as:
Yerba Mate: this is a pretty popular herb used in a lot of weight loss/fat burning/energy boosting formulas. It contains caffeine, but also naturally has some other beneficial substances such as vitamins and minerals.
On the scale of potency, however, yerba mate is fairly tame from a stimulant point of view.
Green Tea: Green tea is used in many weight loss formulas, and also in many health supplements. It contains caffeine, but it's also an extremely powerful antioxidant.
Green tea is showing pretty solid promise as a weight loss agent and metabolic booster, but it's good to see that Xenadrine NRG also has some substances such as this that are simply good for you.
Guarana: Guarana is an herb used as a fat burner/weight loss agent in some cultures. In our opinion guarana is one of the most promising ingredients in this Xenadrine NRG review.
Guaranį contains, among many other things, a high concentration of a compound called tetramethylxanthine. This substance is nearly identical to caffeine. Now, the really interesting property of this herb is that its caffeine-like compound is released slowly, over the course of many hours, thereby producing an enduring energy boost, which continues to escalate over that time.
As such, it is said to have an ability to keep the body's metabolism burning at an elevated rate over time, leading to greater fat burning effects and weight loss.
If you read other Xenadrine NRG Reviews or even what the company itself claims, they call it Xenadrine NRG 8 hour because it will supposedly give you an energy boost that lasts that long.
Part of the reason it may indeed work is because of the properties of Guarana.
There are other ingredients that are in this product that we could cover in this Xenadrine NRG review, but they're not really worth discussing. Not that they are bad, but just that some of them aren't promising as effective fat burning/weight loss aids.
As just one example, Xenadrine NRG also contains the amino acid L-tyrosine, which may boost your mood, but it's not going to boost your metabolism.
Why does Xenadrine put substances like this in? Probably because if you also feel better on the product, then you have a higher chance of reordering it again and again.
Now that we'e covered the "good" part of our Xenadrine Review, let's get into the potentially "bad."
Xenadrine NRG Review: Precautions
We would be remiss if we didn't warn people about side effects to consider in our Xenadrine NRG review.
Even though Xenadrine no longer contains ephedra, it does contain powerful stimulants, such as the ones discussed above.
Since a lot of these substances have caffeine and caffeine like properties, it's not uncommon to experience a range of side effects that may include: the jitters, nervousness, insomnia.
More rarely, but still possible, can be side effects such as: increased blood pressure and heart palpitations.
In addition, because it contains a lot of caffeine, you could become addicted to the product, and may suffer withdrawal symptoms if you stop taking it.
If you know you don't react well to caffeine, then you should certainly avoid Xenadrine NRG.
There may be other side effects as well; our list isn't exhaustive. We're just alerting you to some of the more well known ones.
Never take more than the recommended dosage, and if that makes you feel too "jittery," then cut back to half the recommended dosage. If you still feel "wired," then you should probably discontinue using the product.
We hope you have found our Xenadrine NRG review helpful.

tyan talaga bumibigay pag Xenadrine ang tinatake.... Good dieting and cardio will help you lose fat, fat burners are a bit too drastic for fat loss for most people, useful sya for those trying to drop the final few pounds, but if you're just starting or midway, it won't be as beneficial as a good diet program.

Oh, kung babalik mo sya sa store, why not change it for some meal replacement powder or whey protein powder, mas ok yun for your fat loss goals... Eat 5-6x a day 3 regular meals, 2-3 meal replacement or protein shake every 3-4 hrs. Forget any form of carb pag 6pm onwards... Cardio 3-4x a week na high intensity....

side-effects of creatine
Short-term (less than 2 weeks) exercise studies have not reported any adverse events associated with creatine supplementation. There have been no long-term studies done to evaluate the safety of prolonged administration. This is unfortunate because more and more athletes are taking creatine supplements for longer periods.
Anecdotal reports have begun to emerge and have noted increased muscle cramping (especially during exercise in the heat), nausea and other gastrointestinal disturbances, elevated liver transaminases, and acute renal injury.
Creatine supplementation, in the dosages commonly used, results in urinary concentrations that are 90 times greater than normal. The long-term effects of this have not been investigated, but there is possibility for a variety of nephrotoxic events (i.e. kidney damaging).
muntikan na ako dun ah!
