    dapat me off days ang creatine, i havent read any article with creatine being link to testicular shrinkage, i took creatine before and no shrinkage happened so far, but for now i stopped taking supplements, milk and minimal dose lang ng protein(1 scoop a day after work out) sabi sa akin ng instructor ko, if i need little energy, inum daw ako ng bacchus, its better than lipovitan or red bull, but as i read the content halos pareho lang, but ill take his advice anyway kasi siya instructor ko and siya nagpapahirap sa akin

    I have nothing against Weider pero branded lang to ng ibang products and could be selling for much higher prices. Kuha ka na lang kay van_wilder ng creatine. Kung meron syang AST Micronized, mas pabor ako dun. Pero ok na din ang ON Creatine.

    thaveed, marami raming tuna yang 165grams of protein, hahaha. One 2-lbs AST Whey na lang ang supply ko. Baka mag switch na ko ng ON 100% para makatake ako ng 6 servings. Paniguradong ma-meet ko ang 138grams via supplements pa lang.

    Have you guys tested Soy Protein supplement inplace of whey proteins?

    Sinusubukan ko ngayon itong isang 4lb. tub soy protein banana flavor, lasang Ensure. Sarap inumin. :D

    the think i like with ON is madali sya i-mix, as in kahit kutsara lang konting twirl dissolved na sya... I bought a 1200ml bottle na pang shake ko... I just placed 2 scoop in a dry bottle, bring it to the gym, then pag tapos na, pour 800ml of cold water, shake it up, ok na may POW shake na ako...

    First day to use my supplements (actually I took a scoop last night before sleeping just for the heck of it)...

    Woke up at 515AM or so, I left 800ml of skim milk in my shaker bottle before going to bed last night, then andun nadin yung 1 scoop of whey and 5g of cgt10 nakalagay sa baby-formula container na di na ginagamit ng anak ko hehe. Nung nag alarm, I ate the creatine (di ko hinalo sa drink, I ate it dry... gak!) then mixed the whey sa milk and drank it...

    tamad padin gumising, hehe, got up mga 530 na ata, went down, ate a banana, ate a cup of oats (dry nanaman hehe tinatamad ako magluto), around 1 liter of water... Felt pumped up!!! hehe... 615 left for the gym...

    worked out, immediately after working out, mixed 2 scoopes of ON 100% Whey to 800ml of water... (You're supposed to take 0.5g of carb/body weight, 0.25 of protein/body weight for your post-workout shake), refer nalang kayo dito... Window of Opportunity
    or dito, medyo ad nga lang sya pero same concept.

    Ate my 5g creatine, chewed 50g of oats again... drank 50% of the shake... Showered, went home.

    about 45 mins after the POW shake, I had 2 eggs with tuna (scrambled), ate one banana again, drank 1g of Vit C, 1 revicon (darn brand has very little useful vitamins! It sucks!!!).

    Natawa asawa ko this am when she peeked at my lunch box... There were 5 boxes inside, 1 box of cooked brown rice, 1 box of ulam (beef), 1 box of veggies (laing), 1 large box of oatmeal, 2 eggs, 1 banana, 1 large box of tuna... Sabi nya... "walang hiya ka, kaya pala nawawala basta basta mga pagkain sa bahay!!!"

    Now it's 10:40 sa office, im eating 1 egg (boiled) and some oats again...

    Mamayang 130 kain ulit lunch... :D

    I get around 160-170g of protein, 3K calories or so right now with this diet... After a month, I'll move up to 3500 calories till mid Jan... then cut na... I'm sure malaki na ako nun, sana di tabachoy... hehe...

    Inspiration ko usually ngayon back development ko, walang wala dati hehe.

    Ungas, medyong old technology na ang soy, beef and veggie protein supplements, mga circa late 80's to mid 90's sya... Whey kasi super bilis ang absorbsion at mababa carb count...

    I do love soy though, may soymilk ako lagi sa bahay, it has less protein carb and calories than skim milk, but easier to digest and faster absorbsion.

    Based on the amount of protein per gram of product mababa ang protein ng soy kasi, it also lacks the EAA (essential amino acids) of whey peptides.

    Oh ok, I guess I should have stuck with whey protein. Di bale, pag naubos balik ON whey ulit (note to self: do not buy strawberry flavored). :D

    hehehe i bought double choco (yung lang available)... can't comment on taste, weird ang taste preference ko eh hehe... The less taste, the better for me... To sum it up, kung tinimpla mo sya as directed, parang milo na kulang tubig....
