Yung ibang friends ko nag alkaline water din, tinigil na nila kasi masakit sa tiyan ng first few days.

I can easily give up meat. I eat chicken and fish on weekdays then pork/beef on weekends. What I find so hard to give up is carbs! My Mom's cardio gave up carbs and it shaved years off his age. Sa office namin may alkaline na purifier, alam ko tubig poso sya na dumadaan lang sa filter. Pag iniinom ko eh mahapdi sa tyan. Pero pag ginamit ko sa kape eh hindi naman. I thought kaya mahapdi sa tyan eh dahil tubig poso.

Nabasa ko lang ito. Our stomach produces enzymes that helps in the digestion of food. These enzymes are acidic.
So di ka ba magkaka indigestion if kulang sa acidity ang stomach because of drinking alkaline water?

you need not eliminate carbs. you just have to minimize it or take the proper carbs.
    you need carbs for energy.

if you believe in Alkaline Water... why not?

We used to have a filter in Singapore... now, we're using a jug that converts our filtered water to Alkaline
Wife believes in it, happy wife = happy life

yung seller ng Salad Master told us na water boiled using their kettle will automatically turn tap water to Alkaline water... sabi ko I'm happy with my jug panibagong 100K nanaman yung kettle nila. hahaha
