i agree with what some of the guys have posted - free weights are the best option imo. they make your muscles work more and force them to work harder to maintain stability.
right now i have a free weight rack and an exercise bike at home and that's basically all i use. there are so many exercises you can do with only dumbbells and body weight - whenever i get bored with my routine i just go on the internet and find new things to do.
only caveat is that you must really pay attention to your form and not overlift, because the risk of injury is higher.

Okay na ang Home Gym kung wellness lang naman at hindi BB figure. Men will tend to lean on power-rack [my personal favorite], as opposed to cable assisted home gym such as impex models mentioned above.

Home gyms are great, I have one. Free weights are surely the way to go, you can do different variations to work the same muscle group. Gold Gym is way too expensive, 5K per month, other gyms are great, but, it's good to workout at home since you don't have to travel to the gym, then travel back. The only time I go to the gym, is when I fee like I want some variation, or if I just feel like working out in a real gym. Walk in fees aren't expensive at all, the one I go to is a P40 walk in fee for non members.
A good site for looking up articles, body transformations, exercises, or supplements is
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/index.html its not only for bodybuilders..but even for those who want to lose weight, and for those who just want to look and feel more fit.
