I have all those symptoms especially the body aches and pains. But does vit d deficiency cause lightheadedness? and high BP? I expect the high blood sugar because I consume so much carbs and sweets I've cut that down since last week.

Some people comment that I need sun. I don't think I am maputla, though it's hard to notice since I am always have make up on. I asked my friend and she said lalo ako pumuti ngayon.

I don't want to google my symptoms or about hypertension or diabetes because it will only make me more anxious. I once googled on common cold and I got scared with all that was written on the net.

Oh. One more thing I do to reduce stress is to think of happy/funny/dirty thoughts which tend to make me smile. Of course, people don't know what dirty thought I was thinking at the time. They assume I'm just being happy/positive.
I too have happy place but not dirty thoughts.

I plan to construct a garage with pre-fab materials and then put my car collection there.

Tapos dun lang ako pag me-time, Detailing, repairing, installing. I plan to collect tools like the ones collected by ChrisFix of Youtube,

Balang araw if I get older, I will show off the garage with my business associates. 2 of my cars are already rarely used and restored to original na and deserve a spot there: my 1999 CRV and my 2005 Ford Explorer. - all orig paint, stereos, everything.

I'm also ATM in the process of collecting swords. Medieval, Japanese, Viking Swords and others .Lalagay ko naman yun sa wall ng garage ko. i already collected the best movies about swords or may swords like Kill Bill series, Gi Joe series, ninja Assasin, some great movies sbout King Arthur Excalibur, Last samurai, all Clips From Starwars with lighsaber duels.

I envision a big 70" screen in my garage that will play all these clips randomly.

I dunno why pero when I see swords, it relaxes me. Makes me forget anything stressful

Depression and blood sugar is correlated with vit deficiency

Is my observation correct that established doctors do not have or accept minimal health cards? I was browsing the doctors at SLMC and I will just go for those with the least amount of health cards accepted But I will still use mine

I had a cardio in my teens to early 20s (he was in his 70s/80s then I suppose) He is only by appointment, no long lines, and has a very good reputation but I stopped going to him when I stopped going to Makati Med. That hospital became terrible in the 2000s Yun pa naman pinakamalapit sa bahay ko. I wonder if he is still alive and practicing.

These are the supplements I am taking once daily

Sodium Ascorbate 500 mg started in July only (resistance)
Calcium Magnesium Zinc with Vit D3 (bones and teeth)
Chromium Picolinate 1000 mg (to reduce sugar cravings)
Biotin 5000 mcg (for hair and nails)

UPDATE on my colleague, naglalaro sa 160/170 siya since last week, the doctor at the clinic forced him to take maintenance meds already (amlodipine). He is very pissed about it because he does not want to take maintenance. It blows my mind because he has perfect weight, flat tummy, non smoker and only 32.

Others may not know this but the reason why there is too much high blood pressures instances today is because they read and plan too much from the internet.

As an effect, the anticipation became anxiety which become the fear of failure and after of the fear of rejection. Two of the most powerful fears that we let live in ourselves.

Pabata ng pabata ngayon ang may hypertension. One of my colleagues while leading his geology class on a fieldwork in Palawan had to bring one of his undergrad students to a hospital because of severe hypertension (180/100).
