    As per hypertension, i think my wife is has high bp, shes always complaining of headaches, a good friend gave me 2 GCs, 3 days trial sa fitness first, ill just let her use both and sit sa lounge to look at the pretty chicks...that will help with the blood flow..

    When my BSL went normal, 130/80 na din BP ko. Sana bumaba pa sa 120/80. Oatmeal na breakfast ko, brown rice na din lunch and dinner.

    Sana tuloy-tuloy na. Magaling na din foot problem ko, basketball na ulit.

    130/80 is still acceptable, baka pagod lang, foot problem as in gout?

    C'mon. I'm in my low 50's already. I'm not interested in attracting women. Besides, I had ivory white girly legs when I was a preteen. Filipina girls would often feel my thighs and remarked how smooth they were. Then, I started staying out in the sun and played sports (tan and scars). Finally the hair showed up. No more curious girls. I was kinda glad because I'm ticklish down there.

    I'm already brown here in the hot Arizona weather. See my photo farther down?

    Oh. One more thing I do to reduce stress is to think of happy/funny/dirty thoughts which tend to make me smile. Of course, people don't know what dirty thought I was thinking at the time. They assume I'm just being happy/positive.

    BTT: I did 30 mins on the treadmill today but because I am scared that I might have a heartattack, I just walked really slow on incline, I did not break a sweat tuloy. Useless 30 mins

    What I don't understand is even when I have normal BP already, I still feel lightheaded That is what is scaring me. Also my blood sugar is borderline.
