If Gilas had qualified, they would just be clobbered there. The same thing. Basketball is not for midgets. Get real. PSC or POC should find a particular sport where we excel in the world arena. The Olympics is not an inter-barangay tournament. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

I remember the reply of Michael Jordan when he was interviewed that he seemed to excel in every sport he dipped his hand into and was asked by the interviewee if he would mind to fight Mike Tyson. Jordan retorted: "I wouldn't fight that guy without a gun!"

We cannot win against France or New Zealand or any Olympic qualifiers for that matter without a gun.

Height it still might. Puro puso as if the heart to play and give it all for the country is esxlusivley, patented to gilas.

Nakakatawa na lang si Romeo eh. Gustong gusto I ankle breaker si Parker eh nakatayo lang sa harap niya dribble ng dribble puro exhibition hinde naman hinde naman kunakagat si Parker. Saka diyos mio naman naging finals MVP si Parker sa NBA.

Partida pa nga hinde pa bigay na bigay maglaro si Parker parang yun ginagawa niya sa NBA na halos malinis na yun sahig sa mga dive niya.

Kulang lang daw sa height pero world class skills. Eh twngina naman eh mga kalaban ang tatangkad tapos mas skillfully sa atin, mas mabibilis. Lahat ng mas NASA kalaban pera lang yabang saka porma. Doon talaga lumang ang gilas. [emoji51]

we've created so much headway since 2008 in football that we're now the top team in the asean region rankings as determined by fifa

heck, we've defeated asian powerhouse north korea earlier this year in the olympic qualifiers. sure height is might pero hindi na nagkakalayo ang height disparity natin sa footbal teams sa elite asian teams. gumagana na ang grass roots program na nasimulan a few years back na may mga solid young futboleros na tayo waiting in the wings

at iyong mga nagsasabi na boring ang football, samahan niyo ako manuod ng azkals football match of consequence (hindi lang friendlies ha) and i'll show you otherwise.
