Yes it was entertaining and at the same time encouraging pag gamit ng myfitnesspal. About dun sa weight like sa veggies, meron din naman choices whether raw or cooked dun sa food entry.
What I like most sa myfitnesspal is yung integration nya with other health apps and devices. Naka link na yung health app ko sa iphone saka yung Mi Fit scale ko para no need na ng manual entry ng health data.

I logged my food intake yesterday, how I would normally eat, mababa naman pala calorie intake ko (mababa ba 1400?) pero ang taas ng sugar
It says there pala kung over ka. Ang nakakataka, yung HIDDEN FATS in sugary or carb na foods! Because I only ate chicken yesterday but I had sugary snacks, nag over ako sa sugar and fats!
I'm really motivated because I want to look good for crush. I asked him if he still weighs the same as he did 3 yrs ago (when we were together and I last saw him) He said he gained weight, sabi ko baka naman 5 to 10 lbs lang yan, yes daw! hahaha! That is nothing kaya, and yet he is so conscious, nahiya naman ako sa sarili koKaya nga sabi ng office girl friend ko, his body is so nice, samantalang dami 20s Dad bod na :P

1575 pala :P I logged every single thing I ate for the day. My main meals are always the same (boiled chicken breast + mixed green leafy veggies + 1/4 black rice or boiled chicken breast + egg + 1/4 black rice) Ang nagiiba lang sakin yung snacks and that's mostly pastries or cookies :P
So totoo talaga na hindi sa calories or quantity, it's with what you eat. In my case, it's really the sugar that made me fat : BTW, when I was in the US, I drank Fanta strawberry DAILY and I ate whatever but I did not gain any weight

Yes (yesterday I snacked on pepperoni stuffed bread sticks AM and fruit salad PM)
1/4 cup cooked black rice. I didn't longga yesterday, sawa na ko. I was never a rice person naman. Pero for several days nga longga lang ako instead of chicken, pero less grams pa nga kasi malasa yun
Di ko nga alam. Daily din pala ice cream ko!!! Sa Pilipinas once every 3 months lang ata ako mag ice cream

Tagal ko na hindi kumakain ng beef, I had it for dinner (shawarma) around 7 pm. I haven't eaten anything since yesterday, ngayon lang ako nagutom
Kaya lang taas sa creatinine e, but I will have no problems with OMAD if I ate beef daily

I've been using myfitnesspal for 215 straight days now. It's best accompanied with a food scale para near accurate ang nilolog mo. At first it's a hassle to log every single thing you eat (and weigh them) but then you just get used to it and it becomes a habit. Malaking tulong siya. [emoji1303]
