That's 1/4 cup. Its been like that for almost 20 yrs for my regular meals at home. Of course when I'm out I finish the rice, like in KFC [emoji14]
I like the "province" longgas e. Anyway I'll make sure I eat it once a week na lang

That is reported as .25 in the app. Nobody is forcing you to believe the amount of rice I eat. Also, I'm not stupid to fool myself that's why I am logging everything because I want to see the numbers for my usual meals
1/2 cup for the whole day because I only eat twice a day.

My old diet was 1173 and I was not starving myself. I ate rice once a day but it was full of green leafy vegetables. That was Monday to Thursday. Friday to Sun I ate what I want in moderation.
I used to have discipline, workout 5 times a day for 1.5 hrs and I ate right. Tabain talaga ako so I have to work hard to stay thin. I dunno I just gave up on life I guess, but I want to make it right again. I want to look good for crush [emoji4]

June 8th, 2020 01:18 PM #246Depende siguro which cup ang pinaguusapan nyo, culinary measurement, yung cup sa carinderia,, or yung cup ng Jollibee hehe. If gamitin natin is 16 tbsp of rice is 1 cup, then 1 meal ni mam Cathy is 4 tbsp. If may kasama ulam sa kutsara, 8 na subo. Hmmm. Possible nga.

Ngayon nga twice na ko mag rice, dati dinner lang. Not sure why it's hard to believe that there are people who can live without rice. No rice is easy for me, no sugar ang hindi ko kaya

Sayang lang oras mo ganyan record-record. Eat everything in moderation.
Yun langgonisa eat 3 then 1-2 spoon of rice. Tapos.ka na. Kain ka na lang fruits after or inom ka madami tubig. Busog ka na agad. Then most important is umalis ka.na agad sa table after pagkain mo.

Nagulat nga ko taas pala calories ng longganisa e 6 nga kinakain ko kasi ang liit liit. Hahaha. First time ko nga mag record kasi I am curious ilang calories I eat in a day.
Masama din nga daw pala fruits kasi high sugar, I love mangoes pa naman, pero hindi ko sinunod yung no fruits hehe. Lahat kami sa kwarto kumakain kaya measured talaga kinakain ko kasi prepared na. Pag Sunday lang dati kami sabay sabay kasi my Dad cooks.
