I'm sorry if i came off wrong ms. cathy, didn't mean to scare or hope that you or anyone you know be part of that percentage. It's just the reality of that it can happen out of nowhere , that's why some people are in panic mode. Could it be an end of the world type of disease? who knows. sabi nga ng iba dito, better to be prepared and be OA than to get it saka ka palang mag-alala. Your co-worker na naka-mask. mukhang OA sa inyo sa office pero baka breadwinner siya ng pamilya niya, iniisip niya na if magkaron siya ng sakit or worse mamatay, paano nalang yung maiiwan niya dba.

Yung officemate ko na nakamask orphan na siya Kawawa nga e. Anyway, ako nasa isip ko lang naman yung exag but I never spoke a word (I barely talk at work) Yung mga ka team niya ang nagsabi na tanggalin nga niya mask niya hehe. Medyo bully nga ng teammates niya

One thing I may add, is the best thing you can do (and totally within your control is) aside from good hygene practices, is to keep yourself strong. Palakasin mo resistensiya mo so you won't get sick and pass it on to others.

Sobrang overlooked din ito but you have to get enough sleep. I won't get too technical, but your immune system really gets supressed sa pagpupuyat.

You stand a better chance getting through a crisis with a level head and high EQ than letting external things you cant control control you.

Thanks doc, this I think is how people should handle it. Not all doctors have excellent bedside manners but whenever a family member is sick and I text Dr Cutie, I immediately feel comforted kasi nawawala panic ko He's the best
