Cebu Pacific - Bad, Bad Service

Nakakahiya magreklamo na economy lang ang ticket, tapos promo pa.. Hehehe [emoji16]
Di bale delayed ang flight, basta safety first..

Suki ako ng mga promo flights (wala kasi akong pera), lalo na Cebu Pac, hehehe [emoji16]..
Yung paghihintay ng promo, may mga tao na passion nila yun..
Maswerte ako na may mga kaibigan ako na expert sa pag-book ng promo flights at meron sila cc..
Salamat din na lagi nila ako niyayaya (guilty ako na lagi na lang ako dinadamay sa pagbook, wala man lang ako effort), minsan magugulat na lang ako meron na ako round trip ticket.
Thankful ako sa Cebu Pac promo flights, dahil dyan madami ako napuntahan kahit mahirap lang ako..

No.

At best, you can pay extra for increased legroom seats up front, or exit row seats. Even yung GDS nila (reservation system) is Navitaire. Walang ticket numbers issued, confirmation booking code lang. Ganun on most LCCs because the simplified system reduces overhead and helps them offer lower prices relative to their full service airline competition.

Natatalo pa nga nila in terms of market share yung full service carriers ( ex. Cebu Pac vs. Pal, Air Asia vs. Malaysian Airlines etc.)

Like I said, I fly LCCs a lot too. I love a good bargain when I see one, and bawal coñotic at maarte sa amin. Happy ako makatipid.

Bilib nga ako with Air Asia’s chairman Tony Fernandes. He turned around a nearly bankrupt airline, and made it profitable with the dream of making it within reach of even the "ordinary person*" to fly. Bakit nga naman hindi?

That’s the underlying concept behind every low cost carrier.

cebu pac is my last choice among the budget airlines.
pwro suki din ako dati nung cebupac sa promos nila.
kaso nung nadalas cancellations/delays puro scoot/tiger and jetstar na ko.

and also - air asia via KL pag sobrang mahal from SG.

Ako, hindi ako mahihiya.

They offered that price, and you accepted. You paid the ticket price, so they’re obligated to carry you to the agreed destination(s) as safely as far as human care and foresight can provide.

If they goof up, karapatan mo talaga magreklamo, basta legitimate concern (nasa lugar) and you do it ng maayos and with reasonable expectations sa compensation.

Pero if you remember the post nung isang nag video pa ng reklamo na naiwan siya, eh 5min naman pala kasi siya dumating sa airport bago ng flight niya eh... wow naman

gaano ba kababa ang mga promo sale nila?
ako every 2 weeks minsan gamit ko Cebu Pac kaso di pwede magbook ng maaga dahil nagbabago ang work schedule ko.
yung national carrier naman itong host country ko ay hindi everyday ang biyahe kaya no choice kahit konti lang ang fare difference nila.
flight time is only around 2 hours kaya wala akong problema kahit cebu pac ang gamit ko.

nung malaysia pa ang work site ko regular na gamit ko ang air asia kahit pa noong wala pa silang commercial flight. hindi pa nabili ni tony fernandes noon.
bale chartered flight lang sya from Subang, Malaysia to Subic. bale sabit lang kami sa mga guest/staff ng Legenda Resort.
isang tawag lang sa booking department nila tapos sa airport na ang bayad nung late 90s (nakakatuwa nga dahil parang booking lang sa bus hehehe). sobrang convenient dahil mas malapit sa amin sa norte.

May piso fares (Ceb Pac) / 1 ringgit fares (Air Asia) minsan for the base fare. You just pay for taxes, surcharges and upgrades, but these are very hard to get. Tsambahan lang.

Hindi ako magtiya-tyaga or pahihirapan sarili ko (magpuyat, etc.) just to get them, or go somewhere I'm not interested in just kasi mura though

Since you travel that sector frequently for work, compare mo yung prices. Usually, mas mura yung sa low cost carrier.
