Mine was done at 25k pre COVID. My neighbor was quoted 30k after lockdown but was revised to 35k due to inflation, this is basic finish.

Depende pa din sa location ng project.
Labor in NCR is higher, also with gravel and sand.Signature

May 2nd, 2023 11:17 PM #578Mas cheaper pa din sa province nung nagpagawa ako ng vacation haus late 2020 to 2021, kumuha ako ng separate contractor for the whole roof trusses structure using thicker gauge roofing, significantly cheaper compare sa Manila.
Solid narra door na custom size na height and width, 6 in total, sobrang mura compare sa Manila.

No, province. I meant the materials
Totoo ba ngayon na ang singil ng electrician per "butas" like outlet or switch? Papalitan kasi yung mga outlet/switch sa bahay namin sa province and he said P300 each e total of 31 yunWe haven't had any electrical work done in our house in Manila e yung mga little things yung all around na namin gumagawa

Yes, per butas but usually that price means he will lay down all the wires, pipes etc. as in full lay out ng electrical system ng under construction na bahay. Pag simple palit lang ng outlet or switch much much less because pwede palitan ang isa in 10 minutes or less. let's say na 15 minutes na, so 4 in 1 hour, in 8 hours, that's 32 outlets. No one's going to pay 9300 kesos for that hehe. I would give it to him for 1000 lahat na. That's generous na given na hindi kailangan electrician ang magpalit nyan. But still better to get an electrician just in case things pop up that only an electrician can solve right away.
