    as i recall,
    we motoristas were encouraged by the LTO/LTFRB, to make/source our own improvised plakas for our brand-new cars, while waiting for our new plakas.

    but the pictures above, show new-style plates installed, even as their old-style plates are "on hand".

    Doc, iba kasi yung black/white plates. Hindi official LTO released. Kumbaga yung mga pinagawa lang sa mall.

    Cant really blame the motorist. Nagbagan ng 450 nung 2015 and yet wala pa din ang plaka until now.

    Nahuli na in laws ko dyan. Nadaan sa pakiusap.... at diplomatic corps id. Tinanggal na lang nya yung pinagawa niyang plate sa mall.

    Yung rizal plates kasi ng 2011-2013 pangit quality. Nababakbak yung kulay. Sticker kasi yun na dinikit sa embossed metal plate.
