I'm not surprised this thread I started is still active. Still can't transfer funds online, some accounts don't show or won't show past transactions.
I hope BPI learns its lesson from this, either that or they did that overnight lending thing again to make more moolah from our money.
I note that BDO will be going offline very soon, systems upgrade also.

I have another story about their proactiveness.
My wife paid her Globe bill and the app crashed after entering the OTP. She got worried that the payment might not have not gone through but she received the confirmation e-mail and her account was debited so we thought all is well.
Aba, just yesterday, Globe was trying to reach her to inform her she hasn't paid her bill. Hello, check your customer's payment history first. If you see it's through BPI, they better check internally first. Otherwise, they're just proactively looking for a fight 🤬

April 18th, 2019 08:55 AM #144ano mga suggetion dito bangko na yung may-ari/presidente hindi pumupunta ng casino abroad, hindi naglalaro ng polo, hindi mahilig sa kabayo, hindi nagsusuot ng lacoste. Basta yung marunong sa kwarta if best nga yung masinop talaga.
Basta wag na bdo suggestion kasi lalo lang aangas specially ngayon napahiya nayurakan ang bpi.
Yung mga underrated na bangko na hindi magbabankrupt.

Sorry to hear that sir, but your wife's case may well happen outside the context of what's going on with BPI right now. This is a symptom of a different problem -- could be coordination, maybe the posting between the app side and to their billing department isn't online, etc.
Most likely, it's not only the clients that are getting thrown for a loop; malamang internally nagkakagulo rin sila. For all we know, their billing department had been given marching orders to proactively call clients to help verify status of payments, knowing full well they will bear the rage of clients who have already paid.
i am merely providing a possible explanation sir, i am not making excuses for them.

Heto pang isa,- just today.... Hay naku!
Last month,- I made a scheduled payment with bpiexpressonline for one of our BPI Credit Cards for April XX, a few days before the due date...
Now, the most recent statement for the same BPI Credit Card is charging us late payment and finance fees for not paying on time...
Ano ba naman iyan BPI? Hindi ba kayo "nag-uusap"???
It's taking a lot of time for us Customers,- to call you and tell you your mistakes?
Plus, our expense payment and tracking are now derailed because of these kinds of system SNAFUs
