A six-digit number sent to my mobile phone to verify the transaction - After that the transaction is fulfilled.

April 17th, 2019 08:34 PM #133Went to a nearby bpi branch to withdraw sa atm. Nagulat ako anluwag ng parking. Paglapit sa guard may karatula: "ATM Offline. PLDT down." Kaya naman pala kokonti clients.
Somehow, we didn't believe it was true. And if it were, why the eff didn't they have a backup internet connection?!

After all of this snafu is done, BPI would have not lost more than 0.00000001% of it's clients

pero yung deposit mababawasan. Hindi ka na magtatambak ng kwarta sa ginawa ng bpi. Napaka-palpak customer service. Nang-golpe de gulat sila.

Fell victim to BPI's unreliability tonight. Needed to withdraw money since I needed to buy something that wasn't payable via credit card and BDO only allows a maximum of 10k per day for transfers. None of my BPI cards were working at the ATM.
Good thing I was able to withdraw using my BDO. It pays not put all your eggs in one basket.
