I think the driver did not intend to hit the motorcycle but for whatever reason his eyes were not on the road and his over correction caused the accident. However I highly doubt he did not feel the bump or notice any scratches on his vehicle.

I'm for keeping an open mind on videos like this, but it really looks like he "bodyslammed" the motorcycle with his car on purpose...

Could be drunk or high as he waited for 3 days before surrendering to cleanse his system from whatever he is on that night.

I remember decades ago, my father was surprised to see his car the next morning without a fender anymore. He came home really drunk the night before, & can't remember how he got home. We were hoping that he just hit a post, & not a person.
