How about the glasses sir? If its also treated with coating? Is it safe to use Rain-X?

I didn't go for the glass detailing. I use glass science scrub cream cleaner and rain repellent gel (available at ace hardware).

Maybe you could try resetting it first. Back + Mute + Nav buttons.

Neglected simple solutions

A most recent example is the injection pump of a popular SUV. Dealers were told by the cloud to blame the fuel, whether Euro 4 or not, but all the other rival SUVs had no such problem. Then smart independent mechanics found a cure in a small bypass pipe, easily costing a few hundreds rather than the 60k for a casa supplied pump assembly. This can work in converse, when the casa knows a little secret, like what happened to a popular compact car with variable valve timing. Unknown to non-casa mechanics, changing a head gasket [post-overheating] on this popular 16-valve means reading 2 different timing marks on the camshaft. Miss one and the car will never exceed 80km/h. Until an intrepid independent discovered this, the casa had its hands full for cars being rectified because it was repaired elsewhere.

Prior to Yojin & regardless of badge, my past casa service experiences have almost always fallen short of expectations. Casa-skeptic? Casa-phobic perhaps.
One thing w/ Yojin, we're forced to avail & exploit what's packaged w/ our Mazdas. Honestly, the 3 has been our very 1st car to have graduated PMS & warranty....Yes, our very 1st. All our older cars were dropouts & were home-schooled...DIY'd. Lucky or blessed, none of em had warranty issues I can recall.
My Yojin? Again, lucky or blessed, the lone dealership local to me has taken great care of our 1st Mazda from the 1st visit til graduation....w/o fanfare & w/ grades enough for honors. You see, Yojin robs you of the bill-worry & the surprise of unexpected extras. It gives you a sense of assurance & psychological comfort thinking FREE...WorryFREE, Bill-FREE...when you've actually bought everything w/ the car at such a competitive price....you'll think it's savings.
Apart from Mazda currently having a lineup that fills the blanks for me, Yojin & my local dealership experience made us decide our next car was still to be another Mazda. A 2, on its 2nd year...w/ the same positive Yojin experience.
It probably helped to consistently see the HeadTech/Service Manager not behind a desk but out there w/ the crew all dirty & greasy handed. Leadership by example is probably the most potent way of teaching. I could conclude that management must be doing something positive to see many of them dealership pioneers still around....HeadTech included.
I can only speak of & for our local Mazda casa from what I've seen...I wish this were homogeneous for every dealership of every badge out there.
Mazda is unique & advantaged in a technical way compared to others. All current models offered, except the BT50, have practically the same Skyactiv engineering in different scales, depending on displacement. Parts are either similar or identical from the 2 to the CX9. What this does is give the service crew familiarity w/ their products. With familiarity, mastery won't be far behind. Huntdowns initially might be difficult but cars built from 1 blueprint will also behave predictably the same way. Faults will likely be similar, too.....Approaches will be easier.
Like our older cars, I still intend to DIY maintain our 2 Ms if our local Mazda service should deteriorate or the savings be worth my while. If not, I'd gladly stay with them post-Yojin....& might even ask if they can do the other badges in our stable.
Am I a reformed or cured phobic? Probably not....but Yojin did give me an allergy test. Mazda, here, passed.[emoji106]

Help! Mazda3 2018 HB owner here.

This morning, when I yanked the driver's seatbelt to put it on (yanked a bit hard though), biglang nag-lock tapos ayaw na mag-retract.

Any suggestions on how to fix or do I need to bring it to the casa?

And iStop relearning? Check this DIY:

1. Warm the engine up. Turn everything electrical off that you can - radio, A/C, lights, chargers, etc. Bring it close to electrical load.

2. Switch the ignition off.

3. Switch ignition to on but dont start engine. Long-press the i-stop OFF switch for 3 s within 5 s after switching the ignition ON.

4. Start the engine.

5. Press the i-stop OFF switch. Verify that the i-stop indicator light (green) flashes and stays flashing. If it does not flash, go back to Step 3.

6. Allow the engine to idle for 10 minutes, or until the i-stop indicator light (green) turns off. Mine didnt stop flashing so after 10 minutes or so i just went to step 7.

7. Switch the engine off. Wait a minute or two.

8. Start the engine. Go for a drive, and check that the i-stop system operates normally. Those with i-stop will know that you may need to drive a mile or two until it activates. Remember that i-stop will not operate when (a) for diesels...when engines are in DPF regen mode, and (b) in those other conditions stated in the manual. Also, if a new battery was fitted, it may take some time for the new battery to fully charge up before i-stop will start working. Go for a decent drive so it gets fully charged.

9. If i-stop operates as normal, reset it was a success.

Out of curiosity, I got Rain-X from Handyman and tried it out on my M3R last month. It's good. It works like it said it would. Rain drops beaded and ran up the windscreen when I drove along SLEX. Can't remember at what speed though. Haven't re-applied it to date as I don't see the need to.
