Sun drying is still best ... exposing fabric to heat (whether for drying or hot water washing) will eventually damage them ...

Using the proper washer and dryer settings work fine for us whether it's the wife's most delicate lace or a Korean (faux) mink blanket.

When I visited the PH back in 2013, it was the rainy season and my clothes had a hard time getting dry because of the humidity. When they did dry, there was a funky smell like my feet.

Lol wax ko nga rin ng collinite and yung mga digital pindutan nilagyan ko plastic cover as water protection.
Laki ginhawa sa kasambahay halos hindi na mabasa ang kamay niya and pwede narin ako maglaba kaya for me sulit. Hehehe.
Now observe ko water and elect consumption pero tingen ko same lang or mas matipid pa to sa twin tub, if ever malakas nga sa water, 300 plus lang naman bill ko so kung kahit madouble pa siya okay lang hehehe.

Tahimik siya mag operate parang chill lang sana tumagal.

Gano na katagal mo soyang gamit?

Inlaw ko pala ganito din gamit morethan 1 year na okay pa naman daw.

3 - 5 months na yata bro. almost everyday nagagamit, siguro on average 2 loads a day. punuan pa yan kasi tamad kami maglaba dito lahat ^_^
plano ko pa bumili ng isa sa december, para isang load lang per 40+ minutes. kakatamad din kasi mag intay ng isang load tapos salang ulit ng bago. btw sobrang tahimik nga nyan maski sa spin dry part ^_^

there are US literature available. but the models there aren't always the same quality of the models here.
one has to look for them here, however.
i come across similar books in the booksale club stores.

Shopping for a full auto washing machine. Is an inverter type worth it?

Is LG good? Cheapest among the known brands.

panget lint filter ng LG ko. check the lint filter bro. I use 3m lint removers. it sucks. avoid na lng yun low end LG.

also front loader for faster drying and gentler on clothes.

thanks for the tip pero parang mas preferred ko yata ang top loading para lang posibleng i-interrupt ang wash cycle to add or remove clothes mid-cycle.

how about inverter type? so far, all i know is it keeps washing quiet since the motor is speed-regulated. we always wash in the daytime in the garage outside so noise isn't an issue. in terms of energy savings though, big difference ba o hindi naman ramdam? Yung price difference kasi ng non- at inverter type enough na para makakuha ng higher-capacity washer.

Im solo so non inverter is a non issue, but if youre a family of 5-7 nakaka rami din ng load yan. go for the inverter.
