we just bought 2HP Panasonic Inverter * 50K petot including installation. they also offered us Alphine brand (never heard this brand before) at 30k all in but we did not take a risk of buying.

I bought a sanyo 2.5hp inverter type months ago for 34k only. Price excludes installation. Planning to get another unit if budget permits

For sharing lang boss, my bill went down by 25 % for the period june-july compared to may-june due to weather changes, so assuming na ganun din sa inyo, ang net savings ng shift nyo to inverter ay around 22%. So tugma dun sa expected nyo na 8k
Edit: my consumption pala (kwh) went down 25% not my bill. rates also went down 7%. over-all effect pala sa bill is less 31%
