    experienced that for almost a month, before ang lakas and ang ganda ng connection ko dito sa office

    then boom bigla one day naging dead spot as in, totally nawalan ako data connection, network signal is fluctuating too.

    Pinabayaan ko muna, until kahit asaan na ako intermittent talaga data and network ko.

    I reported it to smart, mukhang isolated case saken. took them almost a week to fix it.

    gumanda ng konti not like before.

    I applied for retention na din BTW kaya goodbye unlidata na, mindful na ako sa usage.

    Same experience from a friend a few days ago. She tested the data/day. And had the same experience.

    It would go to gprs=2G wtf

    Ngayon mo lang ba na Experience yan sir?. Sabi kasi dahil sa APEC magiging inconsistent daw mga Wireless internet dahil priority daw na mabigyan ng magandang connection yung mga delegates.

    No. Mga 3 weeks na. Kahit wala sa metro manila ganyan din. And like I said, walang problema sa Globe.

    Saan ka nagcomplain bro? Sa smart mismo? Nagpunta na ko sa service center tapos ginawan ng ticket number tapos wala namang nangyari.

    I'm also on Smart, and data is really bad when I'm on Ayala turf (the whole of BGC, and Trinoma).
    Lately, i've been encountering there are dead-data spots. One is in the Gradalupe bridge area. Another dead data spot is near the C5/Lanuza intersection. But I only experience this during heavy traffic (i.e. EVERY NIGHT). Siguro konti lang equipment ng Smart sa area na yon tapos hindi mahandle yung data traffic.

    And yeah, the data icon is displayed (H+, etc.), there's no reception. Sometimes, toggling the airplane mode on/off helps. This forces the phone to reconnect to Smart.

    I did both, visit the shop and call their helpdesk everyday. Sad thing no detailed/specific explanation were given to me kung ano nga ba ang problema.

    Then i received a text informing me that the issue has been resolved, restart my device then kahit papano its better than before i raised them my concern.

    Yes.

    Many times ko na nireport ito sa smart, no response from them namely Glorietta and Trinoma talagang pahirapan sa cellular data connection.

    May jammer ba dahil ayala owned both ayala malls and globe?

    Ako prepaid smart na may kasamang net ang monthly subcription ko. Same experience. Nawawala minsan. Di naman lagi. What i do tawag ka sa smart. Tapos request mo na parang irefresh yung line mo

    So far 10% of the time ko lang siguro na-eexperience yan. 90% of the time eh okay naman data plan ko. although HSPA+ lag max connection ko ha.

    Any place you go ganyan ba? Or just a particular area?

    Everywhere. Nakakainis nga pag nagwawaze, biglang mawawala so hindi ko alam kung yung route is still the best route since hindi naguupdate yung traffic. :/
