If you don’t have an existing lockup, you can downgrade plans. Pag may lockup, upgrade lang allowed.
I also got that message on the 50 mbps for plan 2099 so I plan to upgrade from my current plan 1699.
So far though, my internet speed is still at 200 mbps so have not called in to “upgrade” to 50 mbps.

July 11th, 2021 09:02 AM #250The optical fiber was broken by construction workers yesterday, fortunately PLDT came to repair on the same day.
The received power shown on the interface of the modem was usually around -23dBm, but after repair it dropped to -26.57dBm.
Dose someone knows what level of received power is considered High, Low and Normal?
