Line on my Monitor - HP laptop repair

if you wish to scrimp, and the laptop is not a traveler, naman,
make a metal angle support and glue it in place.

Try a book ends. Yung L shaped na metal. Ilagay mo sa likod ng Screen as support.

Get the business-class laptops. They cost more and may not have bleeding edge performance, but they're built better.

Acer Travelmate
HP Pro or Elite series
Dell Latitude
etc.

For most of my professional life, I only use Dell Latitude and most of them (except the older Pentium-based C-series, which were bad) stood up to a lot of my abuse. The D and E series, both of which I still use to this day, have their original hinges still intact.

Business-class models also have longer warranties.... typically 3 years.

If the lines irritates you, you can connect it to a monitor. I have a 7 years old laptop na pink na yung kalahati ng screen, pero pag naka connect sa monitor eh usable naman.
