Wtf?! 1yr 7mos may upgrade? I think they don't want you to shift when your lock in expires in 2 years. Ako 7+ years, nada.

Since September Sir nagrereport ako sa GlobeOne at Globe At Home mobile app nila, pati kay Ghie and Globe At Home messenger, pagpunta sa physical store at ngayon Globe Appointment.. Di ko na nga alam ano pa ba hindi ko ginagawa..
Pero yung "permit issue" talaga yung shpw stopper tingin ko..
Bakit ganun.. Lalo ako nainggit!! Hahahahaha [emoji23] Bill 122 latest Bill number ko 10+ years walang ganyan.. Di kaya yung upgrade ng Globe inuna sa Pasig area.. Gusto ko tuloy umasa..

November 15th, 2020 03:45 PM #64What kind of permits? Baranggay permit, subdivision permit, permit to work LGU restrictions? You can ask them for the challenges and reasons baka makatulong ka. Kung sa building yan and your'e a tenant, you may have to file permit at the building admin. Baka hinihingan ng swab test yung tech and contractor refused- baka pwede na rapidtest or fit to work health certificate. Always ask for reference number para documented everytime may complaint ka, also you can ask them to survey or nearest facility for the possible upgrade.

Nung nag offer sila ng upgrade from 1599 15mbps 500gb cap to 1899 25mbps unli a few months before my contract expired sinigurado ko talaga na walang lock in before agreeing. Been a subscriber since 2014.

Subdivision Sir 12vdc.. Nagloko nga internet connection ko buong Sunday hanggang kahapon.. Intermittent, lagi ako nadidisconnect.. Buti na lang kagabi, mga 6PM nag-visit Globe Tech dito mukhang madami kami na nagrereklamo dito.. Parang nagbahay-bahay sila.. Ang workaround ni kuya, tinanggal nya splitter wala muna landline diretso connection nung net ko.. Gumana naman, stable na internet.. Pero naipakita ko sa kanya na kapag tawagan pa din landline number ko madi-disconnect internet connection.
Tapos binigay ko yung picture nung request ko for Fiber Upgrade, ifollow up daw nya.. Sana nga..
Then nanghingi ako update dun sa permit issue, binayaran na daw yun ng Globe pero may sinasabi pa din na Contract issue kaya hindi pa rin nila mapuntahan main box. Yung workaround kung hindi gumana, wala na talaga sya magagawa dahil di talaga nila mapuntahan main box. Buti na lang nag-ok while waiting kung alin sa Globe or PLDT ang mauna for Fiber Installation..

I "reset to default" my globe router now it cannot connect to the internet. [emoji23] Mahirap masyado paki alamero ng bagay na hindi ko alam. Malay ko bang hindi gumagana default settings ng router. [emoji23]
