July 18th, 2022 06:39 PM #22Humina talaga signal ng Globe.. Ewan ko nga kung bakit.. Nangyayari din sa akin kagaya kay Cathy na kahit nakOn eh hindi matawagan gawa na naka-off nga daw.. More than 20yrs na ako sa Globe pero napilitan ako kumuha Smart this year lang dahil sa problema sa Signal nila..

Mag double sim ka nalang. My Globe postpaid is showing 4G all the time. While my Smart prepaid is showing 5G.

July 19th, 2022 10:47 AM #25Baka naman may new buildings/houses sa paligid ng bahay niyo kaya humina na Globe signal. Either that or sira communications equipment ni Globe sa area niyo which should be reported kay Globe.
The best thing to do is enable VoWiFi sa phone niyo and kapag nasa labas naman, enable VoLTE sa phone. Request VoWiFi/VoLTE activation via Globe One app.
