Here's one tip for those who like hard cooked eggs.
Before whenever I cook hard boiled eggs, I let it boil for at least 10mins. Mali pala yon. I often end up with overcooked sticky yolk.
Now, I cook it slow, I set the stove to 120°C, wait for it to boil then pag nag-start na kumulo, i set it to turn off after one minute. I let it stand for at least 10mins unopened. The leftover heat will cook the eggs (I often cook 4 but this will work even for more).
Now, I get perfectly cooked boiled eggs every time. Yolk is perfectly smooth.
