Depende sa supplier - some do, some dont. It should show up in the ad itself. I bought a sofa cover to guard against pet abuse.
HK ang supplier so delivered direct from HK. Price doubled because of freight pero wala all in including duties and taxes.

Was able to order a Wear OS watch from Amazon last month, they charged $17.07 for shipping/handling and delivered to my address via 2GO, pwede na din.
