    Buti di ko kinagat yung mga offer-offer nila dati for speed upgrade.
    Otherwise, baka nasa mga 1,700~1,800 na ngayon ang monthly ko.

    You need to update your info with them (contact info and photo of the modem stickers) to get the speed upgrade. Once you've provided the details, the last confirmation screen will tell you that there will be a 24-month lock-in period (surprise!) if you proceed.

    Only getting 15 Mbps DL. Even after they confirmed na "upgraded" na ako, it's still the same. Hassle lang magpa-ayos andaming troubleshooting steps at screenshots na ipo-provide mo sa kanila.
