di ko na matandaan kung san ko nakita to eh, pero ang tanda ko nung pinakita yung system (prodrive pa ata) may hydraulic actuators na nakakabit dun sa manual tranny na activated nung paddle shifters. yung paddle shifters naman programmed sha to shift gears sequentially, so two tugs on the upshift lever will yield an upshift from 2nd to 3rd then 3rd to fourth gear for example. gumagalaw yung stick shift in essence regular manual tranny sha na nilagyan lang ng hydraulic actuators. yun din yung failover mode nila in case masira yung hydraulic actuators, pede pa rin yung traditional rowing of gears..

yes, yun nga. I recently saw world rally history video and they explained how the subaru tranny works.

this system is very similar sa Honda city na automatic...steptronic yata tawag nila...

hindi po ba CVT yun? I think they are different.
