June 11th, 2007 10:17 AM #25Hate to say I told you so. A win lost in Monaco can just as easily be won in Montreal. There are still so many races to go. I guess Lewis Hamilton is no "hype" after all. It was easy to downplay him at the start of the season because he was a rookie but who would have guessed so many here would be eating their own words?
Alonso did a good job under the circumstances, Montreal is just not his kind of race track, plus incurring that 10 seconds penalty for pitting during a safety car period didnt help any. I am expecting kind of the same for the next race in Indianapolis but we'll see.
Still not enough for meister Raikkonen, a bit mediocre performance still, he should really be getting worried now. At the rate he's going Heidfeld has a better chance of getting 3rd overall than him...

Great drive from LH! NH and AW, too!
KR is not at all a factor in this race. FM could have fought for a podium finish, but luck is not on his ride....
FA's penalty drive through is a big letdown. And he looked really aweful when TS overtook him in the last few laps of the race, even if he was struggling...
HK and RS in the championship points? What a day!

next month, we'll be getting our tickets and hotel reservations for next year.bwahrarharharhar
these kinds of events made adjustmenting a lot easier for me...so many things are happening right now...fortunately, most of them keep me sane.
interesting weekend, i should say. lots of happenning..accidents (kubica is conscious and only sustained a broken leg, cmiiw)...and chics
Montreal is really the place to be when it comes to celebrating..having fun..partying..and for major events like the GP. This is such a beautiful place...i think i wanna move here but i have to study french first (everything here is in french eg. signs, posters, road names, etc).
